CZFD Fog Detector/Sensor
Moisture meter for determining moisture in waste paper/recycled paper and for detecting moisture spots in recycled paper bales. Measurement of compressed bales, rolls, and pulp possible. Measuring range from 1 to 50% water content, measuring depth 500 mm. Additionally, external sensors can be connected to the humimeter RP6.
Use the optionally available humidity and temperature sensor to quickly and efficiently measure environmental parameters and many other important key figures of paper.
To measure loose paper or cardboard, use the optionally available 0.3-meter long insertion probe.

Your Advantages:
- Fast and highly accurate measurement using a non-destructive method
- Digital display in “%” water content (weight percentage)
- Simple operation of the moisture meter
- Pre-programmed calibration for different materials and bale densities
- Practical, applicable anywhere on-site
- Menu languages: English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian and many others on request
Measurement Procedure:
Start your humimeter RP6 by pressing the black button on the device's handle. Choose the correct calibration curve (e.g., recycled paper 350) and press the measuring plate against the waste paper bale. The display immediately shows the water content and temperature. You can now add further information such as supplier data and notes. Measurement values can be stored on the humimeter RP6 and sent to a PC, if necessary. Furthermore, measurement results can be printed on-site via the optionally available portable thermal printer. For the determination of many other relevant process parameters, a humidity and temperature sensor can be connected.
