Calibration of measuring systems and instruments
Issuance of ACCREDIA Temperature Certificates for:
- Thermocouples.
- High-temperature thermocouples.
- Resistance thermometers.
- Liquid-in-glass expansion thermometers.
- Dial thermometers.
- Thermometric chains (indicators and transmitters) for thermocouples and thermoresistors.
- Datalogger thermometric chains (with thermocouple and thermoresistor probes) with direct or deferred digital data transmission.
- Air temperature meters.
- Calibrators (measuring and simulating).
Issuance of ACCREDIA Relative Humidity Certificates for:
- Mechanical hygrometers and thermo-hygrometers.
- Electrical hygrometers and thermo-hygrometers.
- Hygrometers and thermo-hygrometers with digital output and direct or deferred data transmission (dataloggers).
- RH% transmitters with analog output signal.
Digitron Instrument Maintenance Contracts
Through maintenance contracts, Digitron instrumentation is kept under careful technical control, allowing the instruments to always maintain peak performance.
By subscribing to the maintenance contract at the time of instrument order, it is supplied with a calibration report traceable to an ACCREDIA (or UKAS) certified standard, whose accuracy is at least four times higher than the accuracy of the instrument being calibrated.
At the twelfth month from the date of purchase, the instrument undergoes recalibration through software procedures and re-parameterization using ACCREDIA/UKAS certified reference instruments.
The issuance of a new calibration report is available upon request.
MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENT
Problem solving / Engineering Service
Digitron Italia's technical staff is able to provide continuous assistance on instrumentation, verify its operation, and offer comprehensive support ranging from after-sales assistance to genuine problem solving regarding measurement techniques, and suggestions for ideal use based on different applications.
The Digitron Italia Technical Service develops intervention projects and pre- and post-sales solutions, responding to the specific needs of individual users. Highly specialized engineering technicians develop specific Data Acquisition and Automation Systems. On-site inspections and consultations are available upon request.
DIGITRON ITALIA WARRANTY
Only Digitron instruments purchased from Digitron Italia S.r.l. and its distributors, excluding all other channels, are covered by the Digitron Italia Warranty.
This warranty provides for the immediate repair or replacement of the instrument in case of malfunction due to manufacturing defects (not valid for incorrect use or improper storage/maintenance).
