WW Crane
COMPLETE SYSTEM FOR WIND SPEED DETECTION AND ALARM ACTIVATION
The CWW is a system consisting of an industrial wind sensor
and an HMI control interface with a 5" color screen capable of indicating wind speed
and, optionally, wind direction in real-time. It can be installed onboard crane control cabins.
The instrument records the detected data and allows for the
configuration of a pre-alarm threshold and an alarm threshold.
If the thresholds are exceeded, the display instantly warns the operator
through acoustic alerts (buzzer) and color changes on the display from
green (OK) to orange (PRE-ALARM) to red (ALARM).
The CWW also allows for the activation of external sirens or
acoustic alarms, and is capable of interacting with the crane's control systems
(PLC, inverter, etc.) in order to quickly stop maneuvers in case of strong wind.
The configuration of alarm thresholds and the optional
activation of average control and gusty wind control is extremely simple and intuitive.
