Humimeter FS1.1 Grain Moisture Meter
The humimeter FS1.1 grain moisture meter is a handy instrument for determining the water content of all numerous types of cereals and corn.
With the "Hold" function, the measured values remain on the display until another button is pressed.
To increase precision and reproducibility, various hectoliter weight categories are stored in the instrument. With this method, the measurement is not affected by different specific densities.
The instrument is calibrated and checked using the drying method compliant with EN-ISO 712.
At the same time, the instrument measures the sample temperature, displays it, and considers it for the water content calculation. The temperature range is from 0°C to 40°C. The temperature can be switched between °C and °F as desired.
The humimeter FS1.1's measurement range includes 5% to 25% water content (depending on the material).
Usage/measurement procedure
To ensure precise long-term measurement values, after switching on, the humimeter FS1.1 grain moisture meter performs an auto-calibration. Then choose the correct calibration curve for the material to be measured, and fill the measurement chamber with the indicated quantity of material. For the determination of the exact quantity of material, the supply includes a balance and a dispenser.
The water content is immediately visible on the large, illuminated display of the grain moisture meter.
