Digi Log Multi-channel data loggers
The DigiLog line of instruments are designed to display and record current values, as well as to present technological parameters in a graphical form. The devices are equipped with up to 8 measurement inputs. The panel version, DIG-99, works with universal temperature or analog inputs, which allow you to connect different types of sensors to one device, while the wall version, DIG-N16, works with fixed inputs. A USB flash drive allows a significant simplification of the application of the unit: it is no longer necessary to connect a PC and a data logger via the RS-485 interface, data download can be completed 10 times faster than using the RS-485 port.
The DigiLog is equipped with 2 relay outputs. The main function of the outputs is to signal critical situations, but thanks to the extended menu it is possible to practice in numerous control and regulation applications. Both outputs can be driven by a single measurement channel or by a group of channels (from 1 to 8 channels) with individually adjustable thresholds for each measurement channel.
The signal output states are displayed in the two fields, R1 and R2, in the upper left corner of the LCD screen.
DIG-99 is the first device in the DigiLog line. It features a 2.9" inch monochrome graphic that makes the configuration easy to use and a convenient presentation of readable data. It can integrate up to eight universal inputs: temperature (RTD + TC) or analog (U + I), a digital input for controlling a recording process, 2 electronic relay outputs with max. load 24 VAC (35 VDC) 200 mA, USB PC port for direct PC connection (via cable) to share data and USB host port (front or rear) for flash data storage and configuration transfer. The main function of the outputs is the signaling of critical situations, but thanks to the extensive menu it is possible to use in numerous control and regulation applications.
As a result of the extension of the range of functional applications of the DigiLog line, the DIG N16 model has been designed for wall mounting. The new IP 65 enclosure allows the device to be used in harsh environments, where it is impossible to safely install a controller and or data logger.
