Operator terminal with integrated soft-PLC TD 240

Operator terminal with integrated soft-PLC, allows the creation of control panels with reduced dimensions and simplified wiring. Two variants are available. The base model Terminal + soft-PLC requires the use of external MCM260 modules or other Modbus devices (regulators - actuators - sensors) connected via RS485 or RS232 for wiring inputs and outputs. A compact version, on the other hand, also provides on-board digital and analog resources, integrating Terminal and PLC into a single device.In the version with integrated PLC, hardware functions are implemented for managing up to 3 Encoders (push-pull / LineDriver) A + B with zero mark for counting (x1 x2 x4 mode) revolutions, distances, volumes, flow etc... The counter can be initialized with a user-defined value both on Software event and on Hardware event (zero mark). A Software Enable is used for activating and deactivating each counter.With the free development tools PLprog and TDdesigner it is possible to create the Ladder program for the logic and the presentation and control graphics of the system. Memory cards for firmware and application download are available for programming and on-site updates.
