PR611A/PR613A dry block calibrator is a new generation of portable temperature calibration equipment that integrates advanced technologies such as dual-zone intelligent temperature control, automatic temperature calibration and precision measurement. It offers excellent static and dynamic temperature control characteristics, an independent and fully integrated temperature measurement channel and a standard measurement channel, and can handle complex calibration tasks. Automatic calibration of thermocouples, resistance thermometers, thermostats and temperature transmitters with electrical signal output can be performed without the need for other peripherals, making it especially suitable for industrial and laboratory use.

Dual-zone temperature control


The lower and upper parts of the dry-block calibrator's heating cavity are equipped with two independent temperature controls, combined with a temperature coupling control algorithm to ensure the uniformity of the dry-block calibrator's temperature field in a complex and changing environment. 


Fast heating and cooling


The heating and cooling capacity of current working conditions is adjusted in real-time through an intelligent control algorithm, while optimizing control characteristics and significantly increasing heating and cooling speed.


Comprehensive electrical measurement channel


The comprehensive electrical measurement channel is used to measure various types of thermal resistance, thermocouple, temperature transmitter, and temperature switch, with a measurement accuracy better than 0.02%. 


Reference measurement channel


The standard wire-wound platinum resistance is used as the reference sensor, supporting the multi-point interpolation correction algorithm to achieve better accuracy in temperature traceability.


Editable activity mode


Complex activity functions can be edited and designed, including temperature calibration points, stability criteria, sampling method, delay time, and other multiple calibration parameters, so as to realize the automatic calibration process of multiple temperature calibration points.

 

Fully automatic temperature switch calibration


Thanks to the functions of switching value measurement and temperature increase and decrease with settable slope, temperature switch calibration activities can be performed fully automatically through simple parameter settings.


Supports HART transmitter calibration


Thanks to the integrated 250Ω resistor and 24 V closed-loop power supply, the HART temperature transmitter can be calibrated independently, without other peripherals.


Supports USB storage devices


Calibration data generated after the operation will be saved to internal memory in CSV format. Data can be viewed on the dry-block calibrator or exported to a USB storage device via the USB interface.
